Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping option includes tracking.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the delivery carrier before contacting us.
