REFUND POLICY

Before returning an item, contact us at info@kidonvy.store with your order number and reason for the return.
Do not send a return without approval. Our support team will provide the correct return instructions and address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental purchase.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or video.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refund processing usually takes 3–7 business days, although your bank may require additional time.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
